Conditions
1. General

3. Cancellation policy

Picking up in the shop in Campos is also possible by appointment.
Tariffs abroad
For orders, you will see potentially shipping costs (hang from the target country of the order) in the order mask before you submit your binding purchase offer.
Taxes and customs for deliveries outside Spain
In the case of countries outside Spain, fees such as import duties and/or taxes may occur. These can be very different depending on the country, so we cannot make a prediction here and if you are interested, please contact your responsible customs authority where to help you.
7. Payment means
The payment of the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
You can pay with us via PayPal, Twint, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Preliminary Bank, Sofortüberweisung, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
If the payment method "prepayment" is selected and the amount has not yet been received in the bank account after 7 working days, Larubia Trade V. Sauter reserves the right to cancel the order without comment. However, we will usually ask you to see whether the order is still desired or whether a different payment method can be considered.
8. Guarantee and warranty
Unless expressly agreed differently below, the statutory right to defect applies.
The guarantee applies twelve months from the date of purchase and applies to manufacturing errors, not with normal wear. If the product has been damaged by improper use and/or accidents, the guarantee does not apply.
Products that are left alone with the animal does not apply.
In the guarantee, we will admit the following services of our choice:- Free repair of the product
- Free exchange for a new product
Since each product is manufactured individually and by manual work, the delivered goods can differ in particular with regard to size and color. There are no warranty claims if these deviations are reasonable for the customer.
Personalized products are discussed with the customer and shown before shipping, they are excluded before every exchange or return.
